Whole You Behavioral Health offers whole-person mental healthcare that integrates therapy, medication support, and mind-body strategies. We specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, mood disorders, and stress-related concerns affecting mental health. The care we provide is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to meet your unique needs.

Mental health doesn’t show up as a single diagnosis — it shows up in daily life, relationships, sleep, focus, and how safe your body feels in the world. We support people navigating a range of concerns, always looking at the whole person rather than a checklist of symptoms. If you don’t see yourself reflected in a specific label, that’s okay. Many people come to us knowing how they feel, not what it’s called.

At Whole You Behavioral Health, we believe mental health care works best when it is thoughtful, collaborative, and rooted in understanding the whole person — not just symptoms on a checklist. We take time to listen carefully, consider context, and approach care with curiosity rather than assumptions. Treatment is shaped by your lived experience, your goals, and what feels sustainable in real life. Medication, when used, is one tool among many — not the default and never the only answer.Care is not rushed. Decisions are made together. And your voice matters throughout the process.

A diagnosis can be useful — it can provide language, access to care, or a framework for understanding patterns. But it is not a definition of who you are.We recognize that mental health concerns often overlap, evolve, and show up differently over time. Labels may change; people do not. Our focus is on how you are functioning, what you are experiencing, and what support will help you move forward. You are a whole person with a history, relationships, strengths, and values. Care works best when it reflects who you are — not just what you’re dealing with.

We provide thoughtful, individualized mental health care that adapts to your needs over time. Some people come seeking medication support, others want space to talk things through, and many benefit from a combination of approaches. Care is collaborative and adjusted as things evolve.
Psychiatric Evaluation & Ongoing Care
A comprehensive evaluation focused on understanding the full picture — not just symptoms. We take time to review history, current concerns, and goals, with ongoing follow-up to adjust care as needed.Includes diagnostic clarification, treatment planning, and continuity of care.
Medication Management
Medication can be a helpful tool for some people, at certain times. When used, it is approached thoughtfully, with careful monitoring and ongoing discussion about benefits, side effects, and alternatives.Never rushed. Always collaborative.
Therapy-Informed Care
Appointments include space to explore patterns, stressors, and coping strategies alongside medication or evaluation. While this is not weekly psychotherapy, visits are grounded in therapeutic principles such as CBT- and ACT-informed approaches, mindfulness, and emotional regulation.
Integrated/Blended Care
Many people benefit from a blended approach that includes both medication support and therapeutic work. Care is flexible and responsive — shifting focus as your needs change.
Care for Life Transitions
Support during periods of change, when symptoms often shift or intensify. This includes transitions related to stress, identity, parenting, perimenopause, career changes, or other major life events.
Appointments at Whole You Behavioral Health are collaborative, thoughtful, and paced with care. Whether you’re coming in for an evaluation, medication support, or ongoing care, each visit is centered on understanding your experience and supporting meaningful progress.

A Collaborative Approach
We’ll talk through what brings you in, your goals, and any relevant history so care can be tailored to you — not forced into a preset model. Decisions are made together, with room to adjust over time.
Space for Your Voice
You are always in control of what you share. We’ll ask thoughtful questions to help guide the conversation, but you decide what feels right to discuss.
Clarity Without Rush
Appointments move at a steady, respectful pace. You’ll leave with a clearer sense of direction and next steps, without feeling pressured or overwhelmed.
A Safe, Supportive Environment
Care is trauma-informed and grounded in respect, privacy, and trust. We aim to create a space where you can speak openly and feel heard.
Care That Adapts
Needs change — and care should too. Treatment may evolve over time, shifting focus as symptoms, goals, or life circumstances change.

My Philosophy
At the heart of my practice is a commitment to evidence-based care that empowers you to make informed choices about your mental health. I believe in a personalized, compassionate approach—meeting you where you are, honoring your story, and supporting your journey toward lasting wellness.
My Education
I have a strong academic foundation shaped by both clinical science and psychology. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (MSN-PMHNP) from Wilkes University. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Maryland School of Nursing, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The Catholic University of America. This combination allows me to integrate psychological insight with advanced psychiatric training in my work.
My Experience
I bring over 11 years of nursing experience across critical care, school-based health, and psychiatric care. I’ve cared for individuals across the lifespan and understand how mental health is shaped by physical health, trauma, stress, and environment. My diverse background informs a calm, practical, and compassionate approach to care—one that respects your story while helping you move toward meaningful change.
